Infrastructure for a seamless experience across a growing portfolio of products

A trade finance fintech working across low and middle income countries came to market with a single product: procure to pay, financed end to end. A school district or a ministry tenders a supply contract and a local reseller wins it. The platform funded the purchase and carried the cycle through to payment.

The product was a success, and the demand it produced was for a whole portfolio around it. The model underneath had been built around the one kind of customer it launched with. That turned out to be the constraint on everything it wanted to sell next.

Rebuilt to carry any number of products, customer types and agreements without a migration per product
